At Salud we do our best to source all of our products from local purveyors to ensure freshness and support a farm to table philosophy.
By incorporating a farm to table philosophy we hope to promote locally based agriculture through education, community outreach and networking. With our efforts we hope to expand and enhance opportunities for farmers, encouraging family farming, farmers' markets and the preservation of agricultural traditions and to increase awareness of the links between farming, food, health and local economies.
